Great results as 1XI win league and U12s Crowned County Champs

Excellent results at the weekend for both ends of the Club

The 1XI went into Saturday's match 3 points ahead of second place Stourport knowing 2 wins would secure the league.
After a strong perfromance at Oxford Hawks where they secured a 5-0 win they discovered Stourport had stumbled and drawn their match making Buckingham Conference West Champions for the 5th time in 7 years.
The award will be made at the final match of the league season at Akeley Wood School after the 2pm match this Saturday, 25th March.
Playoffs for a return to the premier division are on 9th April and 22nd/23rd April at the Olympic legacy park, Lee Valley. Priority booking for Lee Valley will open on 6th April and all members will be emailed details.
Meanwhile on Sunday the U12As, U12Bs and Pirates competed in the U12 County Championships. Strong performances from The U12Bs and Pirates saw them finish third in their pools while the U12As qualified for the semi finals and then the finals.
In a tense match v regular winners Marlow the girls ended the match with a draw and faced a penalty shoot out which they won 3-2.
They qualify for the regional championships on 30th April.
