Our Junior Section is expanding.
As a result, we have extended training days to Thursday for u14/u16 Boys & Girls.
The Minis (U8/U10s) are moving to Sunday mornings. This is to aid more pitch space and better quality contact time with coaches.
We are seeking help from members in the following areas:
o Junior Coach (all ages) – a person with hockey knowledge happy to lead a junior
team. Payment at competitive coaching rate is available.
o Junior assistant/volunteer (all ages) – someone who is happy to assist a junior coach with an age group. Particularly needed for Sundays with the Minis.
These roles are excellent for younger volunteers who may wish to add to a CV,
University application or a DofE/other volunteering award.
o Boys U12s team manager – a parent from the Boys U12s that can gather availability
and send out match/tournament information to parents/players.
o Minis (U8/U10) team manager – a parent from the Minis that can gather availability
and send out match/tournament information to parents/players.
o Tea/coffee volunteer – to set up a tea and coffee stall to serve to players, parents,
and spectators for home pitch training, matches and festivals.

With all these roles the more individuals we can call upon, the less the demand is on any one individual.
