The U12 Boys produced three very good performances to overcome some stiff opposition at St Albans.
In their first match, the boys put on an assured display to run out 4-0 winners against a good Gerrards Cross side. The goals coming from Harrison Cairns, Trystan Jones and two from Gus Leetham.
In the second match, the boys were forced to work really hard for their victory by the hosts. St Albans had the better of the first half and took a 1-0 lead into the break. However, Buckingham responded with a superb second half display full of character. Frank Bursell put them on level terms, before two late goals from Trsytan Jones and Zeb Hodgson sealed an impressive 3-1 win.
In their final match the boys took on Aylesbury minus the injured Frank Bursell. Once again the boys put in a good performance to run out 2-0 winners, with goals from Hodgson and Leetham.
It was a hugely positive and enjoyable day with the boys showing that they are making good progress both technically and tactically.
