Another hat full of goals as 3's continue their winning run
Another great team effort to secure a comfortable 8- 1 win over a more experienced Wychwood team.
Goals in the first half from Bella Festa , Helen Holme , Charlotte Robertson and 2 from Nikki Greaves gave Buckingham a 5 0 lead.
Most of the first half was played in the last 23m of the pitch with Wychwood happy to hit the ball of the back line to give away numerous long corners!
In the second half Buckingham continued the press for more goals and 3 more came from the stick of Millie Wemyss
Buckingham built each attack from the back ( the half way line ) sweeping the ball out to the wings in a bid to pull the Wychwood players out of the D. The only blip on an excellent match was the gaol conceded from a short corner in the final few minutes of the match.
Al l players played a a vital part in the victory today and voting for man of the match went to Georgie Chapman.
