Buckingham Hockey club are recruiting for the position of Ladies 2's Head Coach

This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside GB & England head coach - Zak Jones as well as our Ladies 1's coach Ben Woodford.

Our Ladies 2's currently play in South Central Division 1 North.

Training takes place on a Tuesday at Stowe School.

Job Description

You will be responsible for planning, organising and delivering high-quality sessions for our Ladies 2nd XI squad.
You will work with our head coach in developing the skills of our players and supporting a positive, fun and constructive environment, with outcomes aligned on both the overall culture of the club and the goals for the team.

Key Responsibilities

Training: Sessions are held at Stowe School on a Tuesday evening. (Times TBC)

Game Days: Game day support is essential and full detail of involvement to be agreed with the successful applicant.

Team Selection: Advise on selection with a view to supporting club and player objectives.

Skills: Excellent communication, leadership and organisation skills.

Qualifications: Level 2 coaching qualification preferred and the right to work in the UK.

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate commensurate with qualifications and experience. Opportunities for additional hours depending on availability and requirements.
