U16 girls battle well.
Saffron Walden vs Buckingham (3-1)
Despite the excellent start in their first match the beginning of this game was not so slick! Saffron scored after 4 minutes. However the heads didn't go down but at 13 minutes a pass across the front of the goal was quickly intercepted and resulted in another goal to Saffron Walden. This woke the girls up and at 16 minutes Lauren R scored!
In the second half Saffron Walden scored again at 38 minutes. A good performance from our girls but unfortunately we couldn't capitalise on our goal scoring chances.
